Case Study One:
Client: company that manufactures ventilation systems
Objective: to re-establish good relations with their customers in Japan
Event: On arrival in to the UK our guests were transferred to the Copthorne Hotel Gatwick where we had a private evening dinner and overnight accommodation. The following day they visited the plant of the UK Company and then travelled into London to check into their hotel, The Tower, overlooking Tower Bridge and close to the Tower of London. That evening we dined at an authentic Japanese Restaurant which naturally supplied Karaoke on site! The following day we hired private capsules on the London Eye and then visited other London attractions such as St Paul's Cathedral and the British Museum (with tour guide). We then hosted a private dinner in the Tower of London which included a private viewing of the Crown Jewels and witness of the Ceremony of the Keys. On the last day the guests were taken on a shopping trip prior to departing to make their way back home to Japan.
Case Study Two:
Client: major Soft Drinks Manufacturer
Objective: a thank you to their staff and good old-fashioned rivalry between sales teams!
Event: Our day began at the Wedgnock Rifle Range in Warwick where the guests participated in some outdoor activities including motorised events and a quad bike trek. The guests took part in teams as well as individually. Later on that day we made our way to The Belfry to relax and unwind, in the evening we had a private dinner followed by the Grand Finale of the event which was 'Human Table Football', being December it was just as well that we were able to enjoy this experience indoors! After this event all of the scores from both the morning activities and Table Football were collated and an individual winner for each event plus the overall Team winner were presented with their prizes. After this the guests enjoyed Surf Board Simulators, Velcro Bar Fly etc. prior to boogying on down at the on site Bel Air night club…needless to say a good night was had by all!
Case Study Three:
Client: large Pharmaceutical Company based in the United Kingdom
Objective: Investigator Meeting for 250 participants from all over Europe
Event: Large 2 day Conference held at the Sofitel Rive Gauche Hotel in Paris. Venue Master were heavily involved in all administrative tasks which included - issuing invitations via fax or email to over 500 invitees, monitoring responses, liasing with our clients as to numbers, attendance etc., booking 180 individual flights from all over Europe into Paris, dealing with general enquiries from both guests and our clients staff, reimbursement of Investigator expenses. We have also organised and managed similar Investigator Meetings in Poland (Warsaw), Russia (St Petersburg), Hungary (Budapest), Italy (Turin), France (Nice), Germany (Frankfurt), USA (Chicago), Israel (Tel Aviv) among others.
