CROWNE PLAZA OXFORD - UPDATE

The Crowne Plaza Oxford situated within the Heythrop Park Resort near Chipping Camden is scheduled to open in October 2010

The 4 star hotel is the first of its kind (Crowne Plaza) to be built in a rural area but is still easily accessible from the M40 and 90 miles from both London and Birmingham, 12 miles from Oxford.

The venue will be able to offer conference facilities for up to 450 delegates theatre style in its Ballroom and also 350 delegates in its purpose built auditorium.

The decor in the bedrooms etc. is different to what one may expect from a Crowne Plaza in as much that the colour / furnishings are pale (greys / lilac) but complimented by vibrant coloured carpets.

The resort as a whole can offer accommodation in a total of 351 bedrooms, ranging for the 4* Crowne Plaza accommodation to the more budget conscious 3* accommodation at Heythrop Park itself.

Stunning location with 18 hole golf course and great ideas for activities & team building (we did a treasure hunt around the 440 acres estate in golf buggies - great fun!)
